Improving competitiveness and reducing the carbon footprint of the oil sector, using waste management optimization and implementing an eco-label

The OiLCA project is an international project by the Interreg IVB SUDOE community initiative. It claims to improve the competitiveness of the oil sector in the southwestern European region, which includes Spain, Portugal and the South of France, based on the Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and the Cost Analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing olive oil production.
