ESI is a spin-off of the University of Minho created to support companies, making them more competitive and profitable. ESI carries out R&D projects to improve industrial processes and create equipment, applying know-how and imagination to the service of innovation.

He holds a Graduate Degree and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minho. In 2007, founded ESI with Luís Leitão and Reinaldo Ribeiro. Together, they also founded Behind Solutions, in 2015, and Dental & Engineering Innovation, in 2016. Born in Oporto, he is passionate about motorcycles, photography, cinema, music and art. Loves to travel, get to know different cultures and realities.
